Here we begin the year 1992, as the media onslaught continues, and let's start with Starburst issue #161, which continues an interview with Linda Hamilton about Terminator 2: Judgment Day from #160 (see HERE). In this part of the interview, Linda talks again about her physical and military training and what it did to her mentally ("I exercised all through the six month T2 shoot, which nearly killed me! (...)I was so burnt out so many times, only getting four hours sleep every night").
She mentions again that she haven't rewatched the first movie until near the end of the shoot, and that not only she didn't like her performance (and hated her voice, which she also told me personally when I first met her), but didn't like the movie compared to T2, with T2 having much more depth - "I'm sure I'll like T1 again someday, but for now I'll pass"
The deleted scenes are another topic of the interview, and Linda seems to really miss the chip removal scene. She also talks about the pressure on Jim Cameron and how she originally wasn't sure if the T-1000 will be scary enough for the audiences. Plenty more plus Beauty and The Beast talk.
Another fine issue from Starburst
