My websites were always targeted primarily for the hardcore fans who almost know it all. The purpose of my sites was too shine light on some very obscure interviews and facts that aren't accessible in well known books or extras that are still available for purchase. However, times change, and new generations and fans come along - and I realized that a lot of my audience consist of fans who aren't diehards who know every book and interview by memory for decades (like all the fans at the Terminator Files Forum years ago), or just never went outside the films. So this is part of a different type of FAQ section, for those less initiated in Cameronverse.
Let's continue with "Why Enrique's Dogs Didn't Bark at the Terminator?"
I've seen this question asked only one time, and I address questions of new/uninitiated fans if I see the same question repeated at least 3 times, but I thought this one is worth addressing in case it pops out in the future.
So the dogs spot Terminators and bark when they see one, then how come the dogs ignore the Terminator at Enrique's place? While I'm not scolding anyone for not knowing the movie by memory, the question is invalid because this isn't what happens in the film. If someone refers to the scene where John taught the Terminator how to high five, then it's taken out of context. Why? Because the dogs DO go crazy and bark like hell when they first encounter "Uncle Bob". Once Enrique and his family come out of the hideout, and the Terminator exits the car, you can hear the dogs barking continuously in the background.
The next time we see the dogs is much later at dawn, after our group had already armed, packed, and fixed the car. Logically, by that point Enrique would calm them down a long time prior and they got used to Terminator's presence seeing he's not a threat
