Universal Studios have and always had plenty of merchandise related to Terminator 2 3D: Battle Across Time. A lot of it was more like a tourist shop stuff, like pins, mugs, shirts, but they also had some interesting stuff. I like the T2 3D merch that incorporates the actual footage from the film, and such is the case with the 1999 postcards.
But in a typical, grand Universal fashion, those aren't just regular postcards, they're lenticular postcards. You would think that the lenticular effect for something as small and trivial as a postcard would be simple, but they're compromised of several images.
This particular postcard representing a moment from the film in which the giant T-1000000 prances in the Skynet core chamber shows the monster taking two full steps, while moving his tentacles at the same time, which creates a rich and a really cool effect, impossible to show in the photos. Really neat effect
