James Cameron's Story of Science Fiction was a mini series on AMC hosted by Jim Cameron who also interviewed some other great legendary filmmakers in it. This book provides uncut interviews plus an interview with Jim Cameron himself, essays on science fiction subjects and many seen and never before seen sketches, drawings and paintings by Jim Cameron.
The treat for Terminator fans, aside a meaty James Cameron related material of course, is a bunch of sketches and drawings from Jim related to The Terminator and T2. While many sketches of his from the conceptualizing The Terminator and its machines and endoskeleton have been published before in either magazines or such books as Winston Effect or Terminator Vault, there are some that have never been seen before, such as for example, a sketch of endoskeleton's torso, or drawings of the T-1000 rising up from the melted puddle at the steel mill.
You also have a conversation between Jim and Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the book was written/overseen by Randall Frakes - an author of The Terminator and T2 novelizations and an annotated screenplay for Titanic book.
