Staying in UK, let's see the last Terminator 2: Judgment Day related magazine of the month of August. Film Review magazine got an Exclusive and rare interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Their correspondent flew to LA for the premiere and the press junket. The interview is somewhat brief, but interesting. They talk about Arnold's career, and how he would never do a sequel unless it's something new like T2. Intertwined with an interview is synopsis for the first movie and T2, in which they also nicely explain that the good guy is a T-800 while the bad guy is a T-1000. The budget of the movie, an understandable constant presence, is said here to be $88 Million.
Arnold is also asked if he would mind if T2 would be praised by the special effects mostly, to which he replied that it doesn't matter what it is, as long as people enjoy it. The interviewer however, says not to worry however, and that he can "guarantee you won't be disappointed by it! (...) What a picture! Memorable characters more than match effects that must be seen to be believed. Arnie wears his new hero role as well as he did his earlier mean machine, Linda Hamilton sets new standards in action heroines. And Robert Patrick, (...),, is a T-1000 to a T."
There is one photo that hasn't been published in US, and there will be more. The thing with Europe and US at the time was that they were getting different sets of photos for publications
